Karen Boskemper, PCC

Karen is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a Facilitator with 15 years’ experience as a Leadership Development Specialist. She has worked in both the private and public sector providing one-on-one Executive Coaching focused on helping leaders increase their effectiveness, build strategic relationships, and improve desired business results. Karen is certified in a number of 360 Assessment tools which she uses to zone in on specific development needs and to create individualized plans of action. Her expertise includes a management training background and she has been responsible for the design and delivery of large enterprise wide learning programs in support of change management initiatives. In addition, Karen has general experience in performance management related to employee selection and retention, and team effectiveness focused on communication, negotiation, and collaboration.
