Gerda Lambertsen

In 1997 I learned my first coaching skills. I got aware of how useful coaching is to get more success and fulfillment in life and at work.

As head of department I developed my skills to motivate and cooperate with the employees in a more effective way. I got more confidence and my emotional intelligence grew. I got more self-awareness which enabled me to manage myself better. I became more conscious of others and their potentials. I got aware of new ways to cooperate, and new ways to deal with obstacles. And it developed my employees and department as well.
I was so fascinated of coaching and decided to starts as a professional coach in 2000.

My passion is to help human being to be what they have the potential to become; help them to find the courage and enthusiasm to risk oneself. To be authentic and powerful!     

I help clients to know their strengths and how to manage their weakness and challenges. I help them to develop and use their emotional and social intelligence to become a powerful leader for themselves and others.
