Sai has over 2500 hours of corporate executive coaching experiences ranging from Leadership positions to 1st line managers. He has developed a comprehensive coaching approach titled 'POSSIBLE' for effectively generating results.

Sai has worked in senior leadership positions and founded organizations in the region in his professional employment relationships with organization. In an employment career spread over 16 years, Sai was formerly Head of People Development Process with Reliance Industries Ltd, prior to that He was Head of HR for BPL Innovision Business Group. Earlier he worked with NIIT Ltd and Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.

Sai is founder of TRAC and Coach4Excellence, besides being the Cofounder of TRAC Assessment System with his wife Mala who is a certified Coach herself.

Sai is a proud family man, committed husband and father of 2 teens.
