Gulzar Rizvi

Gulzar Rizvi has been serving the Information Technology Industry for over 30 years and earned his recognition as gifted leader, trainer and the coach by his peers, managers and internationally renowned technology organizations such as Microsoft and Oracle. He is widely travelled through South Asia, Middle East and North America while serving Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing Warehousing and Distribution segments for government and public sectors.

Gulzar has spent years in managing technology, business and quality projects for both non-profit and commercial organizations.  He has been coaching and helping people and organizations achieve their goals and objectives.  He established a Computer training college to provide affordable skill-based and job-oriented training for less privileged communities in a 3^rd world country.  He pioneered the computer literacy and publications in Urdu language. 

Gulzar is an accomplished presenter, speaker, mentor and coach for many high potential people. He is a versatile, seasoned and results-oriented professional having “can-do” attitude. He is very proficient in conflict management, process measurement, practice improvement and industry best practices (ISO, CMMI etc.).  He is a focused mentor and planner with strong business acumen.

Gulzar has been coaching individuals, businesses, political and community leaders and volunteered for various non-profit organizations including Canadian Diabetic Association. His natural, emotional and spiritual attitude allows others to easily connect with him and succeed.  He is multi-lingual and can communicate in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Arabic.
