My experience spans two decades:-

I've worked with obese children, professional Athletes, Executives, the elderly, drug addicts and alcoholics going through rehab, individuals with deep personal issues, speaking engagements, people with auto-immune diseases, helped individual achieve their goals, and people struggling to.

I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
