With 20 years of experience as a business owner, HR consultant, and Leadership Coach and Trainer in the financial, healthcare, IT and insurance industries, Heather Peters is well-versed in leadership development and provides clients with a wide perspective and knowledge of what it takes to be successful. Heather has a passion for helping leaders develop themselves and engage their teams to reach their goals and maximize their performance. Her role as an internal and external coach with over 300 hours logged drives this passion.  She also consults regarding organizational development and leadership development.
