Gayle worked as an HR Director at a Fortune 500 Global Consulting company for 21 years.  During this time, she was responsible for C-level Executive Career Coaching, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement programs.  


Gayle received her Holistic Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  In addition to her corporate work, she worked with individuals as a corporate health coach.


For the past two years, Gayle has combined her professional experience and her passion for health coaching to provide executive coaching, life coaching and health coaching to busy professionals.
