I've been passionate about nutrition, wellness and life change for 20 years. I've overcome my own health and life challneges so I know what it's like!  I'm also enrolled in a new busienss coaching program now, and can starting helping small business people by mid-February, 2013.

I overcame a serious childhood illness with multiple surgeries. I've also had weight, blood sugar problems, knee problems/pain, a thyroid issue, dyslexia, time management (I was always late) and more. They are all behind me with no drugs!

I was also in a car accident a few years ago and had to heal significant neck and back injuries. I’ve healed all of these health and life problems, using effective natural approachs with no drugs or surgeries (they wanted to fuse my neck but I said, No thanks!).

People say I look 10 years younger than my age and I'm more fit and flexible than I was years ago! The bottom line is that this program works for a whole range of needs! 

I have also built and run companies so I know small business well. I passed a corporate coaching program years ago and my new program is polishing my skills currently.
