I am the Founder and CEO of The Foster Group, I formed this organization to educate and build awareness on the essential skills of leadership.  An individual success or failure is directly to the effectiveness of their actions. I take pride in assisting my clientele by implementing research based concepts that allow me to strategically evaluate the root causes of the clientele needs.
