Overview

Hello, my name is Ray, and I am a Success Engineer.  I have been for about 20 years.  You may ask yourself what the heck is a Succes Engineer.  Well, my goal in life is to help people be successful in their career.  Sometimes that’s helping someone find a brand-new  job or career.  Other times it’s helping them get to a new career level.  Alternatively, maybe its coaching them to round out a skill set or dealing with difficult peer or boss.

You see as a society we have engineers for just about everything.  You name it and there is an engineer for it.  My engineering role is engineering everyday people for success every single day.

I have helped 1000s of people through career searches, new jobs, layoffs, terminations, or other difficult career or life transitions.  Another way to say it is, I help people make sense of this crazy thing we call life!
