I have supported clients for more than 20 years in making Meaningful Career and Life choices. Clients share with me that my greatest strength is my ability to listen without judgment. Listening creates moments of real clarity where you can access your Natural Wisdom.

In my mind this is the essence of coaching...you have the answers. Having the space that a good listener creates, allows your wisdom to come into your awareness. My focus is to help you re-establish your trust in your life and ability to access your inner guidance...when that happens you are back in the drivers seat.

My passion is to empower others to live life on their terms. My overall belief is that everything we experience has value and can guide us towards growth and living the life we were meant to live.

I am a certified Life Coach through Coach Training Alliance as well as being a Certified Career Practitioner through BCCDA, Counselling Certification (Holistic) and 20 years of practice.
