I attended the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (an International Coaching Federation accredited program) in 2005 and have been coaching since then. “I have worked with Jenny Rawlings for nearly two years for both my business and my personal life. When I first met her, the biggest problem in my business was that my employees and store managers were not following the policies and procedures that we had in place, resulting in suboptimal sales and profitability.  Personally, I tended to procrastinate and wasn’t very organized.  Through our work together, I have created a management manual and a daily timeline of tasks for the managers. I also developed a hiring and training program so that we focus on hiring superstars.
