My experience always placed me in the operations that were dysfunctional no matter the reason. The procedures and methods used were to retain the current employees. The evaluation process with many facets was deployed to assure individual success as well as business success. These methods were implemented in operations from with gross sales of $50,000 to $2 billion. While sales growth was experienced, the personnel development and growth were very rewarding. Individuals grew and advanced with in the companies and some even grew with other positions outside the corporations.
