I have just been elected to the Board of Directors for Association Assistance Corporation.
This is a new and dynamic corporation that assist homeowner associations with the collection of funds from houses that have been taken over by banks.
The process is designed to have a win-win-win scenario.

Grew overall Coca-Cola market share to the number one position. Established Florida as number one market in cash operating profit for the corporation. Led transformation as Agent of Change for all operating functions.
Within a five-year period, increased gross sales dollars from $500 million to $2 billion and profitably grew volume from 59 million cases to more than 100 million cases while increasing cash operating profit. Grew high-margin cold drink volume from 10% to 18% of gross sales mix.
Pushed financial responsibility and accountability to division and sales center management. Changed package and brand emphasis to maximize profit and growth. Introduced new product line with execution teams to assure market penetration. Established and implemented education and training programs at all levels within division.
