Jul Marie Hermosisima, PCC

I have 32+ years of experience in the field of certification and curriculum developer.  For 31 of the 32 years, I worked for Toyota Motor Sales (headquarters) for the University of Toyota around the world for associates of all levels in a diverse work environments, roles, and responsibilities. I have over 7,000 hours of coaching (globally) various levels within Toyota for leadership, human resources, legal, business and strategic planning, and associate development. Education interventions include values and strengths, conflict, team work, retention, coaching and development, career and succession planning, employee engagement, strategic and business planning, facilitation, creating a positive culture, communication, diversity and inclusion, and a wide variety of assessments. 

Almost a year ago, I decided to leave the automobile industry to focus on growing my own business, where I continue to provide both executive and personal coaching around the world. I have been partnering with Anne Durand for the Executive Coaching course since 2008.  Most recently, Anne and I provided the Master Class on Assessments in February 2013.

I have degrees in business administration, international business, and public administration. I serve on several non-profit boards for private schools, provide business and strategic business plans for businesses within the US and globally, and am getting ready to launch a new career program in Malaysia for high-school students. I am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce in my city. I am also on the campaign committee for the upcoming mayor election (2014) in my city.
