How do you know that you are dealing with an expert? I meet the three basic criteria:  Have done it, Continuous research, and finally put it into a system that can be expanded, replicatable and, above all, is predictable.  In my professional career I have helped small and medium size companies in the area of profitability.  I completed myMBA with emphasis on Entrepreneurship studies, along with a Black Belt in Six Sigma, and over 250 books readin topics directly related to change, productivity  and  strategic management.  I continue to lecture college level classes (over 230 former adult students)  which range from introduction to Finance to Strategic Management.  Finally,  I have put all of my knowledge and expertise in systems that enable me to have a dramatic impact on a company’s MAPS to success.  (Money, Activities, People, and Sales and Marketing).
