 My coaching approach is holistic and organic, empowering my clients to uncover, analyze and deliver sustainable results to the many challenges faced by executives and business leaders in today's fast paced, ever changing global business climate.  

Sustainable growth and living a balanced personal and professional life is what motivates me to support various organizations, global innovators and business leaders.   My interest in balance and quality of life issues led me to the International Center for Reiki Training where I received a Master credential.   I continued my studies with other health and wellness programs and am also certified in the groundbreaking wellness assessment – The Wellness Inventory.

I have experience serving on local and global boards, including Chair, Education Committee State Bar of Michigan.

I owned a successful legal support practice, working with Michigan's top 100 law firms in various areas of practice from appellate law to criminal law.  It was actually my work in the legal field and working with people through various transitions that drew me to coaching.  In addition to my coaching practice, I’m employed in the executive offices of Ford Motor Company, serving the Executive Chairman and supporting the HR function in programs relating to professional development and coaching.

I host an internet radio program and will be launching my first book later in 2013 – IMPELLED:  Lessons I Learned Along the Way, published by Hay House/Balboa Press.
