I am a Certified Life Recovery Coach who helps people set personal goals and accomplish more in their lives. I provide counsel to those that feel stuck, stressed or overwhelmed to overcome obstacles and work toward having the life they dream about.

Experience

I have 15+ years in the healthcare field working in a variety of environments such as home health, nursing homes and the hospital. I also have worked with many different types of people such as seniors, adults and the mentally disabled. I have worked with addicts for five years.
