My coaching practice, Wild Flower Coaching revolves around the concept that  the pure essence of people is strong, resiliant, flexible, elegant and joyful like mountain wild flowers.

Sometimes people fall short of this ideal and are not sure of what they want in their lives or how to get there.  I call this finding your own personal truth.

Our absolute truth resides within all of us, our higher and wiser self.  When we know own personal truth and can access it we have less stress in our lives, more joy and can finally create the life we want.

As a personal coach I enable clients to explore their dreams and passions and make them a reality.  I accomplish this by listening deeply /hearing below the survace, asking great questions so they can find the truth and depth of their desires.

In this on-going relationship I provide accountability, awareness and gratitude.
