I have over 25 years experience in the human services industry in various positions ranging from vocational rehabilitation counselling, L&D, meditation & arbitration and organizational development consulting with a focus on change management and leadership development.

I have my own flourishing private practice, in addition to being an associate coach with an Outplacement firm. I deliver workshops for senior executive to develop their legacy plan, transition to their encore career or designing their retirement. I am the chair of program with the Strategic Capability Network, providing monthly professional development for senior business leaders and HR professionals. As a public service, I facilitate workshops at the Aphasia Institute for people post stroke learning how to adapt and grow into their new potential.
