I am a trained solution-focused coach at the 2nd largest coach school in the world – Erickson College. I am a graduate of the Art & Science of Coaching, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).


I have been fortunate to have been trained by Dr. Marilyn Atkinson herself, who launched this program in 2000. I’m also a member of the ICF, and as a member I have agreed to the ICF Code of Ethics and the ICF Ethical Conduct Review process.


Received Honourable Mention from SportsMed BC for outstanding leadership and dedication to 2013 InTraining Program. After completing the 2013 program, all participants accomplished Personal Bests in the Sun Run.
