In my life, I have been through abandonment, abuse, addiction, adoption, AD/HD, caregiving, death, divorce, parenting, recovery.  I have studied through Coach Training Alliance, Fearless Living Institue, and am a member of the International Coach Federation. Through it all, I have managed to remain sober for 20+ years, one day at a time.
