Welcome to Authentic-Coaching where you will receive authentic teaching for personal development and/or the growth of you and your business!!!  When you think of something being authentic, you think of something that is genuine and real. Authenticity means it is not false or copied because it conforms to fact. It has value and therefore being worthy of trust, reliance, or belief. Hence, the name of my business Authentic-Coaching. Know that with me as your coach there is no "fluff." Real coaching for real results!
 
My desire is to coach individuals who are determined, driven, hardworking, and serious about increasing their abilities, talents, and providing their message to the world that need help in gettng it accomplished. I will hold you accountable!
 
I also coach For-profit companies and Non-Profit Organizations that are in start-up phase or a matured phase, companies seeking change in this ever changing economy, businesses in need of renewal or restoration, and all businesses who want to be known as a successful authentic business by improving employee morale, decreasing turnover rates, and strategically moving your business forward.
