Jul 9, 2013 Feedback Comments:My goals upon starting the 3-month program were to quit eating chips, eat more veggies and fruit and to lose weight. Lue was able to show me healthy foods and different ways to cook. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the programs is I am not eating half as much chips or processed foods. I am not craving salty and sweet foods!
