Coaching since late 90s.

Lupita has over 3000 hours of professional Coaching. She firmly believes in the philosophy of Coaching. She considers it to be one of the most effective ways to support individuals and businesses to their development and transformation process.

She has been interviewed in magazines, radio, television and newspapers in Spain, Germany, France, Costa Rica, and Colombia among others. She has lectured in England, Spain and Latin America.

She is a partner and director of OlaCoach Corporate S.L. and senior trainer of the Instituto Internacional OlaCoach.

Lupita passes much of her time between Sweden, Spain and South America, carrying out corporate and personal Coaching programs as well as delivering conferences and presentations.

She speaks Spanish (native), fluent English and German.
