Lupita Volio-MCC

Based in Stockholm and Madrid, Lupita has extensive experience in Coaching. Member of the International Coach Federation; holds their MCC accreditation. Apart from corporate and personal Coaching, she has specialized in the management of Attention Deficit Disorder (AD/HD) in adults.

Born in Costa Rica, she comes from a family of diplomats and politicians. From an early age she was exposed to the world of diplomacy and national and international efforts in politics and economics. She studied in Costa Rica, Germany and arrived in the United Kingdom in 1976.
From then on she was involved in the business world as PA to the president of a British corporation that specializes in producing and managing industrial projects in over 55 countries. Lupita was also PA to the Director General of a private bank that specializes in mergers and acquisitions. All this experience gives her a very solid basis for her coaching business. She has traveled the world extensively and has great ability to manage cultural differences.

Her clients come from over 34 countries. Among her corporate clients are high executives from: Microsoft, Barclays Bank, WFP (World Food Program), UNICEF, KPMG; ABB, Merrill Lynch, Excel and Resorts Hotel, DKW (Daimler Kleintwort Wassertein) Port Aventura, Carlson Wagonlit, Audermar Piquet, etc.

Lupita has over 3000 hours of professional Coaching. She firmly believes in the philosophy of Coaching. She considers it to be one of the most effective ways to support individuals and businesses to their development and transformation process.

She has been interviewed in magazines, radio, television and newspapers in Spain, Germany, France, Costa Rica, and Colombia among others. She has lectured in England, Spain and Latin America.

She is a partner and director of OlaCoach Corporate S.L. and senior trainer of the Instituto Internacional OlaCoach.

Lupita passes much of her time between Sweden, Spain and South America, carrying out corporate and personal Coaching programs as well as delivering conferences and presentations.

She speaks Spanish (native), fluent English and German.
