Coaching is a profession drawing from the fields of psychology, business, philosophy, sports, spirituality and the arts.

Life/Personal Coaching is a nurturing and focus type of Coaching.  A Coach listens, focuses on a comprehensive set of observable behaviors and then relates to important areas of performance.  I deal with this everyday with people that maybe in various stages of their lives, such as divorce, separation, dealing with single parent issues, job loss, new career ventures and or starting up a new business!  I start with a professional profile. I will then capitalize on behavioral strengths and identify behavioral actions.

Coaching is based on a partnership, with a mature, experienced professional who may have walked in your shoes; trust, loyalty, confidence, faith, positive assurance, privacy, self-help, team building, challenge and integrity.  A coach is a mentor, guide, a good friend, a supporter of your goals; a helper in achieving changes and releasing your fears, loneliness and the things that you’re tolerating.

In a coaching relationship, we will work together to inspire action, balance, and seek out hidden problems.  Together each accomplishes more.  Coaching's purpose is to leave our fears behind and connect with our spiritual or intuitive abilities; leading lives that are more fulfilling, emotionally, financially and spiritually.

"This sounds like something I could really use but it scares me!"  Is this a  normal reaction?  Fear is an appropriate response.  You'll be facing a lot of challenges that you may have been putting off.   You'll be telling the truth about yourself maybe even for the first time, and you'll be letting go of a lot of things that drag you down.  Creating a wonderful life of joy and abundance requires self-expression.  We each have a system to instantly KNOW if we are responding to intuition or reacting to fear.

Philosophy:  I want to challenge people to think of the deep and fundamental issues of life.  To encourage them to examine their beliefs and the effect that holding these beliefs and ideas  has upon themselves and others.  I want to share with them the wisdom of the ages.

Organization:  I want to help people to be more effective by the organization of personal, material, ideas, and financial resources which will facilitate the achievement of their goals.

Religion:  I want to minister to people's spiritual needs.  I want to assist them in the discovery of who they are;  what it is to be;  and how to be free.

I've personally never seen or even heard of someone moving backward as a result of finding a coach or mentor.  Yet when I ask around, very few people, as an overall percentage, admit to having one.  Note, this will change in the near future, people will be asking who's your COACH?

Spiritual

I believe in Christianity.  To him that believeth, all things are possible, says the Bible; but how many Christians really try to believe this statement?

We live burdened with the cares of life.  Even our so-called pleasures take their toll out of our nervous systems, which amounts to a tremendous tax on our daily strength.  We expend our mental energies so much that it is no wonder so many thousands of people are tired, discouraged, and sick to the point of death.

I believe with all my heart and soul that God our Father wants us;  His children, to live happy, healthful lives.  I believe that my religion, the Christian Faith, is the only answer for us, for a more abundant life;  Jesus taught us that He came to bring this more abundant life; not in terms of millions of dollars, not in forms of wealth, but in the peace of mind, which is the secret of successful living.

Peace of mind is the greatest asset we can have for happy, healthy living.  This is an inner victory which only comes from knowing God intimately.  Then and only then will the material things of life not bother us any longer.  We live in a spiritual world, and spiritual values are the only real values in life.

We each have this power within us and when we learn by faith to control this power.   Then we will know how to use it and how to liberate it for our daily needs.   As your coach; together we will grow to know God's will for us.
