I am a nutritional consultant (Holistic Nutritionist) who has worked in the holistic health field since 1995, having embraced it since I regained my health after being diagnosed and bedridden with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia. I do a great deal of training about the mind-body connection, helping clients understand how their thoughts & their emotions contribute to their health, or lack of it.

Once they follow their success program, clients empower themselves and become passionate about becoming all that they can be. My mission is to teach and inspire the lives of 10 Million people to ultimate wellness.
