Maureen O'Sullivan

Have been successfully coaching since late 2009 in areas relating to weight loss, life transition, career coaching and career transition, relationships, stress management, goal setting, self-actualization, personal discovery, communication skills and overall life fullfillment.

Prior to formalized coaching, I worked for 21+ years marketing, advertising and selling products and solutions at director levels within Corporate America.  Have a natural appreciation for what it's like to pursue fulfillment in work, love, life, community etc. with what seems like so little time. I wanted to live my optimal life which was why I turned to coaching, learned how effective it was and decided I'd dedicate my life to helping others upgrade their lives as well.

Best and most successful clients include those that are open to growth and learning, that embrace an overall philosophy of self-improvement, that are willing to invest in their personal health and well-being both in time and effort and that like to laugh every now and then while doing so!
