As an integrative whole-life coach, I partner with clients to address, balance and integrate all facets of life (health and wellness, spirituality and growth, finances and debt reduction, education and career, friends and family, partnership and romance, fun and recreation) to create the life of your desire and design.

Coaching can be valuable in an array of areas and for many purposes, including but not limited to:

·         facing a loss or life decision;

 ·         being in midlife or another transition;

 ·         feeling “stuck,” stagnant, or going through life on autopilot;

 ·         longing to identify and change limiting belief patterns;

 ·         seeking more balance and/or resolving to take better care of yourself;

 ·         yearning for a deeper spiritual connection;

 ·         wanting to make a career change or grow a business;

 ·         wishing to pursue a life-long dream;

 ·         being ready to face and address spending/debt habits;

 ·         committing to improving a relationship or family dynamic.

The client-coach relationship is one of partnership. A coach listens, reflects, asks questions, supports, and provides perspectives and ideas, but the coaching agenda is yours to determine and all decisions are exclusively the client’s.   

Coaching is not counseling or therapy. I do not provide diagnosis or treatment nor is coaching a substitute for mental health care.  While people can benefit from both coaching and therapy, they are not interchangeable. If you have agenda issues beyond the scope of a coach, contact your physician for a referral to a therapist.
