In today's fast-paced business world, we often hear terms like "emergency" or "putting out fires" in everyday conversations or emails about problems and challenges that we face.  Are these words that you find yourself using in your business?  Are you frustrated  because you are attending to the day to day crises that never seem to stop?  As a leader do you feel frustrated and overwhelmed?

I have dealt with more than a few real-life emergencies in my 20-year career in emergency services. On my rise to the rank of Captain, I have been faced with countless life-or-death decisions. Bottom line, I have made my mark as a leader who can think on his feet and execute swiftly and appropriately under extreme pressure.  I have no doubt that after working with me as a coach you will be able to say the same thing.

In addition to my tactical experience, I have the education to match.  I possess A B.S. in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Education - Education and Human Resource Studies - from Colorado State University.  I am also a founding member of the John Maxwell Team and am certified in his coaching methods.  Because of my dual passion for learning and serving, I have found myself in the role of educator, mentor and coach all throughout my career.
