Coach - I will observe your behaviors then provide tips and guidance on how to improve your mental strength in specific contexts and situations to achieve your personal success.

Teacher - I’ll help you develop NEW strategies for thinking and acting. The emphasis will be more on new learning than on refining previous performances. This is so you will be able to reach NEW heights of personal performance.

Mentor - I will help you shape and influence your beliefs and values in a positive way by aligning your values with your vision and mission, releasing negative and disempowering beliefs and unveiling your own inner wisdom so that you will reach your personal goals.

Sponsor - I will be actively involved in seeking and safeguarding your personal power, focusing on the development of your identity and of your core values and inner strength.

Awakener - I will support you by providing contexts and experiences which bring out the best of your power, passion, purpose and perseverance.

My Mission:
Challenge is crucial for personal growth. I will use unique experiences, humor and imaginative solutions to create a safe, supportive and empowering environment for you to develop your mental strength and a powerful mindset to move forward with courage.

I will use my roles as guide, coach, teacher, mentor, sponsor and awakener to provide the environment for you to grow and unfold. I know that as I help others reach their personal goals, I also grow as a person. I believe that by guiding, encouraging, teaching and coaching others to grow and strengthen their four ‘bodies’ that I will be changing lives and creating a better world to live in.

• Emotional – This is your Passion for living – Any powerful or compelling emotion or feeling.

• Mental – This is your Perseverance - Steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement.

Throughout my life, have studied and been exposed to a wide diversity of teachings and teachers – from my collegiate learning and the schools of the corporate world, to extreme sports like martial arts, mountaineering and rock climbing, to the ancient teachings of the Mystery Schools and shamanism.

Armed with this comprehensive and diverse background in personal development, along with my personal life experience in transformation, I can humbly boast a unique and powerful ability to blend the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual empowerment into a usable and easy-to-use process for accessing your personal power to reach peak personal performance and achieve your personal goals and personal success.
