Monika Jensen

Monika B. Jensen PhD is the Principal of the Aviary Group and runs a management consulting practice specializing in human resource management, conflict resolutions, training and leadership development and executive coaching. She has proven ability in organizing and coordinating projects; demonstrated leadership skills; proven record of dependability with increased responsibility under strict deadlines and a demonstrated excellence in design, facilitation and presentation skills. Ms Jensen has worked with a number of for profit and not for profit organizations, as well as federal and provincial government organizations to develop strategic directions in the areas of staff development, performance management, employee relations and enhancement of leadership skills. 

Ms Jensen combines positive attitude, superior communication skills, and talent for creativity with humour and great stories, while seeking the whole picture, but maintaining focus on the needs of the individual. She brings excellent presentation and facilitation skills demonstrated through the delivery of numerous training seminars.
