In 2009, I started my own career transition services company called LAUNCH.  It's an honor to help clients find their best selves at work while they discover their strengths, passions, core values and personal mission.

Over the years, I've coached hundreds of clients at all levels and in all fields.  I am not shy about asking tough questions and stretching clients in new ways.  I've developed a wide array of tools, assessments and exercises to help clients find fulfillment.  Client struggles may include balance, career direction, life engagement and transition.
