Over the past 18 years, I have held senior HR roles with large corporations.  My responsibilities have always included coaching and mentoring executives and key leaders, as well as teambuilding, leadership development, employee engagement and performance management.

One day I found myself treading water in a corporate career that was not aligned with my inner values and goals.  That's when I experienced the impact of a professional coach.  My own coach helped me let go of some old fears and leave behind some unhealthy habits.  I began to rediscover my authentic self and to live more intentionally.  That experience started my own journey to becoming a professional coach.  It's an incredible priviledge to witness clients rediscover the passion in their own lives.
