Through individual and team coaching, interactive workshops and tools like the the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), I help unique individuals, small businesses and community organizations develop the skills they need to create their own path to get them from where they are to where they want to be.

My approach is based on the following principles:

• Those of us who choose an unconventional path venture into uncharted territory. It takes courage, a greater commitment and a lot more effort.

• These times demand an unconventional leader – someone who is competent in a unique set of skills that mobilize, inspire, and engage others. Every person has the ability, and the obligation, to learn these leadership skills to contribute to their families, communities and organizations – locally and globally.

• These competencies can be developed – they can be learned by anyone who is committed to personal growth and ‘disciplined practice’.
