Monica J. Foster, known as The Life Beyond Limits Coach^™ & Inclusionista, helps people focus on shifting life's possibilities into reality for people of all abilities and challenges, especially people with disabilities, so we can lead more ability-conscious, strengths-based lives as valued, thriving members of the human community.

An amputee on wheels who was born with spina bifida and fought off life-threatening illness with the amputation of her left leg, she calls this living a life beyond limits – beyond the limits of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and society-imposed obstacles.  Monica specializes in, but is not limited to, helping people with disabilities and others (including those in the LGBTIQ community)  who feel boxed in by society’s narrow beliefs and excluded from the human community.
