So how does all of this work? First, I do an assessment of your current triggers, your limiting beliefs, and the behavioral patterns that cause you to be stressed out. I am a strong proponent of utilizing a holistic approach therefore I will also review your diet and exercise, as well as your current ways of dealing with stress. Next, we will decide which areas of your life need immediate attention.
Thirdly, in each session I will provide you with new tools that stem from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and hypnosis. Together we will come up with a realistic plan to implement the changes that are necessary to get you started.
