I have spent 7 years in retail developing strong individuals and teams. I took a store from a volume of $14 million to $17 million in less than a year by focusing on developing teams and individuals to their full potential and motivating them toward success.

As a Hiring Manager for AEO I spend many hours doing resume review, Application review, and interviews and understand what other employers are looking for in many industries.

I spent a year doing personal development of my own resume and interviewing at jobs I had no interest in to get a feel for a how different industries interview and to find out why they are looking for in their employees. I landed an interview with 90% of the jobs to which I applied and was offered many of the jobs to which I had interviewed.
