I am the CEO & Founder of "Leading The Net Generation" a motivational speaking firm that develops people to connect between, past, present and future generations. I work to develop people focusing on basic skills needed in the work force, showing them how to understand how lead themselves and others.

I am a strong leader in the retail industry currently working as an Assistant Store Manager for American Eagle Outfitters; I have personally developed many individuals and teams to become high performing individuals and teams worth promotions and awards.

I am Master of the Arts in Business Communications with a concentration on Leadership and Influence. I am working on Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

My mission is to develop people to their fullest potential and show them how to promote themselves.
