Marc Smith Sacks, NCC, ACC

Marc holds a MA with specialization in Leadership and Organizational Development (Regis University, 2005), conducted post-graduate research  on leadership behaviors and organizational rentention factors,  is a peer-reviewed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (2012) and a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC) through Newfield Network (2011), is a 3rd year Coaching Excellence in Organizations practitioner, and is a Body and Movement practitioner.

Marc is a MBTI® Certified Practitioner by CPP, Inc., a Social Styles® Certified Practitioner by The Tracom Group, and an authorized test administrator for the following assessments:

·         FIRO-B®, by CPP

·         FIRO Business®, by CPP

·         Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) , by CPP

·         Leadership Assessment Instrament, by Linkage, Inc.

Marc continues developing mastery at his craft as a leadership coach, facilitator, and trainer by participating in specialized trainings with master teachers and engaging in regular peer reviews.
