Marc has worked in a variety of businesses as a strategic leader in finance, sales, marketing, and operations management roles. As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a global management consulting firm, Marc designed and implemented metrics programs measuring ROI for client engagements. He led strategic initiatives involving forecasting, reporting, and interpretation for the CEO and President, helping avert a cash-flow crisis, which, if unaddressed, would have jeopardized the company’s survival.
