Coaching since 2007, Marie has blended her past experience in Information Technology, Business Process and Management with her coaching and mentoring. Coaching leaders at all levels and specializing in supporting Project Managers around relationships, influence and inspirational leadership.

As a Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst with a Developer background, Marie is process and results oriented, focusing on client needs, producing results through nurturing business and technical talent, utilizing a collaborative, team building approach and in-depth analysis. Communicating comfortably across all levels of an organization, she possesses the ability to focus on strategic issues and take risks based on sound decisions. Her excellent leadership, mentoring, communication and problem-solving skills have inspired those she has worked with in State Government, Financial, Banking, Manufacturing and Non-Profit industries.
