Nancy Helgeson

Nancy is Founding Director of Collaborative Solutions, a San Diego based firm that specializes in Executive, Team, Career and Performance Improvement Coaching, Consulting and Facilitation. Nancy has been an adjunct staff member for over 23 years with the Center for Creative Leadership.  At CCL she has been a Feedback and Executive Coach for a wide variety of public and customized leadership programs focused on middle and upper level managers in Fortune 500 companies. 

Nancy’s business career includes positions in corporate human resources as well as management consulting positions for several human resources and outplacement consulting firms.  She has also taught courses at the University of San Diego’s Extended Studies programs.
