My belief is that each of us is nourished by good food, but maybe even more importantly by our relationships, our spirituality or connection to the world we live in, our work, laughter and physical activity. The trick is getting the balance right for you. When working with you my primary focus will be on nutrition but I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. All parts of your life are interconnected and important. Together we will give focus to all facets of your life. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Are you getting the support you need?....
