For the last 15 years I've been providing coaching that has met and exceeded my clients' expectations. I hold several coaching designations, including CEC and PCC. I'm a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and I really enjoy coaching leaders to create exceptional results for their organizations. My coaching is rooted in Appreciative Inquiry and I fundamentally believe that any developmental relationship should begin by exploring what is already working well and then building from there. My main objective is to help clients to achieve transformative personal and professional growth.
