After 25 years in Corporate America as a Human Resource Professional, I went back to school and received my Certification as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Pilates Instructor and a certification in Nutrition.

In 2009, I founded Praiseworks Health and Wellness. PraiseWorks is a faith based health and wellness company whose mission is to help women ages 40 on up embark on a successful journey to total wellness for their mind, body and spirit using holistic practices,nutrition and fitness. We offer health and wellness coaching services, workshops,webinars, fitness CD's and DVD's, wellness products and produce internet radio shows about health and wellness.
