Why do I favor unconventional clients? From my own unconventional journey. Some elements of my path: math education, interfaith chaplaincy with veterans, creative writing, domestic violence crisis counseling, bicycle racing (a long time ago!), and organizational start-ups. I graduated from Harvard and I’ve been a long-haul truck driver. I understand the process of making unconventional and sometimes emotionally challenging choices while maintaining institutional ties and social connections.
