Rebeca Buffaloe

I offer more than 12 years of experience in small business development and corporate leadership.  Most notably as Vice President of Branch Development for one of the largest production groups with AIG Financial Advisors, where I was responsible for the successful launch of dozens of new independent practices across the nation, as well as the growth and development of top-tiered, seasoned firms.  In addition, as Director of Coaching Services for a premier executive coaching firm, I helped develop and ensure the success of coaching programs in the US and abroad, while developing a team of master level coaches and a vast coaching network.  The whole of my professional experience in coaching, training, and management, as well as my education in effective communication and leadership skills informs the perspective and tools I am able to bring to every coaching partnership.
