If you have a daughter like I do, then you inevitably want her to grow up to become a confident and empowered woman. Having had incredibly low self-esteem in my own childhood, I can personally relate to girls and young women who lack confidence and struggle to find their voice in today's world. For this reason, I am passionate about helping them recognize their own beauty, strengths, and talents and becoming comfortable in their own skin.

In 2012 I founded Looking Glass Consulting, where I serve families like yours as a Self-Esteem Coach for girls and young women, as well as a Certified Thinking Into Results Facilitator.
